At the 58th Annual CMA Awards on November 20, 2024 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Brooks & Dunn and Jelly Roll joined forces for a stunning live rendition of their hit 2005 ballad, “Believe.” This performance earned a standing ovation and was widely praised as one of the night’s most emotional and powerful moments.
Originally written by Ronnie Dunn and Craig Wiseman, “Believe” is a deeply reflective song centered on faith, loss, and hope. While Brooks & Dunn had previously won CMA awards for the track, their collaboration with Jelly Roll injected fresh gospel-inspired energy into the song — complete with choir-like backing vocals and stirring stage presence.
