Is Simone Biles interested in competing for Team USA in the next Olympics? That’s the question everyone is asking, apparently, and now, we may have gotten our answer.

While appearing on The Tonight Show, the most decorated gymnast in history was forced to address the likelihood that she would return to the Olympic stage when the games are hosted by the city of Los Angeles in July 2028.

“People are probably asking, but four years from now, the Olympics are back in the United States…I know…” host Jimmy Fallon sighed before Biles exclaimed: “Everybody wants to know this question! I’m like, ‘Can I live?'”

“No!” Fallon shouted. “No, you cannot! You have to answer,” he said, slamming his hand on the table. “What do you think? Is it in the cards? Do we know?” he continued.

“First, I’m getting older. Like 27 is a little bit old for a gymnast, but right now–” Biles began before the 49-year-old late night host cut her off in disbelief.

“What?!” Fallon squealed. “Is it?” Later adding, “You’re a baby.”

“So here’s the thing,” Biles explained, “Like in real-life and in gymnastics, I age like fine wine. Okay, but for a gymnast [I’m] old.”

“But outside of gym?” she continued, “Oh yeah, I’m young. I’m sorry, I’m young.”

“Tequila, no hangover,” she joked. “But in the gym? I am old.”

“But four years from now,” Fallon suggested, “I mean, it’d just be so fun to root for you. Anyway…Just think about it. This great idea I’m having.”

Now, for what’s really to come, she didn’t lay out a retirement plan but did joke that she would only be interested if she could “tag halfway out.”

As for what Biles’ plans are for the future, she’s been documenting her home renovation with her husband, NFL star Jonathan Owens, for fans online since before she left for the Paris Olympics.

Since returning from the Summer Games, the gold medalist has even hinted that she is eyeing an even bigger prize: a family of her own.

She previously told the Today co-hosts that she “most definitely” sees herself as a future mom, sharing that she and Owens “always” discuss the topic.

“We both have goals we’d like to achieve before starting a family,” Simone explained, though she playfully added that the Chicago Bears safety “would have had [kids] yesterday if he could have.”
