The Kansas City Chiefs continued their perfect season with a hard-fought 27-20 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

Patrick Mahomes delivered another masterclass, connecting on 27 of 38 passes for 262 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

Travis Kelce proved yet again why he’s Mahomes’ most trusted target, hauling in 10 catches for 90 yards and finding the end zone.

The Chiefs’ offensive arsenal was on full display as Kareem Hunt punched in a rushing touchdown, while Xavier Worthy added a receiving score of his own.

In a highlight moment just before halftime, Mahomes linked up with offseason acquisition DeAndre Hopkins for a crucial 16-yard gain.

That completion wasn’t just another play – it marked a historic milestone.

According to B/R Gridiron, Mahomes became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 30,000 passing yards, surpassing Matthew Stafford’s previous mark of 109 games.

The victory pushes Kansas City to 7-0, making them the NFL’s lone unbeaten team in 2024.

It’s a remarkable turnaround from last year’s Christmas Day setback against these same Raiders.

Since then, the Chiefs have strung together 13 consecutive wins.

While Mahomes continues to rack up records, his sights remain set on a bigger prize: an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat.

The road ahead brings formidable challenges, starting with Tampa Bay next week and a crucial matchup against the Buffalo Bills in November.
