Lexie Hull GOES RED HOT As Indiana Fever DESTROY Angel Reese & Chicago Sky Without Caitlin Clark!
Caitlin Clark of WNBA Indiana Fever reaction to Lexie Hull of WNBA Indiana Fever shot says everything.
She’s watching from the sidelines as her teammate finally breaks her shooting slump with a three-pointer.
But that’s just the beginning of what became one of the most dominant performances by the Indiana Fever this season as they destroyed Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky without Caitlin Clark.
“Emotional Day”: Lexie Hull Speaks Honestly on Fever’s Mental State Amid Injury Crisis

The Indiana Fever will be without three players for Saturday’s rivalry matchup against the Chicago Sky. Caitlin Clark will sit out a 10th straight game due to a lingering groin injury. Joining her on the sidelines are Aari McDonald and Sydney Colson, who, unfortunately, both suffered season-ending injuries in Thursday’s 95-60 loss against the Phoenix Mercury.
Lexie Hull will be one of the players who will need to step up for Indiana’s depleted backcourt. The 6-foot-1 guard spoke to the media before Saturday’s matchup, and Hull opened up about the team’s current mindset amid the troubling injury crisis.
“Yeah, I mean, emotional day with some of our players going down,” she said. “Obviously, it’s going to be different out there, a different feel. People are going to be playing out of position. But at the end of the day, everyone’s bought in together and everyone’s all-in.
“Do whatever it takes. It’s going to feel different, but everyone’s just really pulling for each other. Next man up. That’s what it’s going to be.”

The Fever have no other choice but to make the most out of their current situation. Clark still has no timetable for her return, and it does not seem like the team is in any rush to bring her back in fear of another occurrence of the groin issue.
This only means that Hull and the rest of the squad will need to power through this tough test they’re dealing with right now. As Hull said, the only way the Fever can do this is if they stick together.
A win on Saturday against their rivals would be a significant step in the right direction for this extremely shorthanded Fever squad.
