Breaking News:Steph Curry Posts Three-Word Message After Beating LeBron James, Lakers

 

Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors made it five straight preseason wins on Tuesday after their 111-97 victory over LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

It was Curry who led the starters with 16 points on 6-of-18 shooting, to go along with five rebounds, six assists, two steals and three triples in 28 minutes of action. More importantly, the former back-to-back MVP came out of the contest unscathed after missing the Warriors’ last game due to a finger injury.

Curry took to Instagram not long after the win as he posted a three-word message ahead of the new season.

“The prep continues,” he captioned his post.

It’s been a great start for Curry and the Warriors thus far as they remain without a loss throughout the preseason.

Golden State has one more exhibition contest left before the regular season begins. This comes in the form of a rematch against the Lakers on Friday at the Chase Center.

Coming off a loss, James, who logged six points, two rebounds, four assists and three turnovers in 23 minutes on Tuesday, and the rest of the squad will look to even the score against one of their fiercest rivals in the Western Conference.
