Brittany and Patrick Mahomes’ Kids, Bronze and Sterling, Enjoy a Joy Ride in a Mini Golf Cart: ‘These Two’

The Mahomes family may have some future golfers on their hands!

On Sunday, Sept. 22, Brittany Mahomes shared a snap to her Instagram Stories of her and husband Patrick Mahomes’ two kids adorably playing with a toy golf cart. Bronze, 21 months, and Sterling, 3, can be seen sitting side-by-side as Bronze kept his hand on the steering wheel while his big sister sat in the passenger’s seat wearing a rainbow pajama set.

As Bronze had his eyes focused on the road, Sterling gave her mom a glance while the duo appeared to operate the mini motorized cart.

The sweet moment comes just one day after Brittany showed off Bronze’s custom golf bag and clubs and proclaimed, “He’s official now.”

And this wasn’t Bronze’s first time behind the wheel of a golf cart either. When showing off Bronze’s personalized golf gear on Saturday, Brittany also uploaded a snap of her son sitting on her lap with his hands on the wheel of an actual golf cart, as the mother-son duo smiled in sunglasses.

The brother and sister aren’t the first members of the Mahomes family to be drawn to sports, given their dad Patrick’s line of work as quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs and their mom, 29, being a retired soccer player.

Speaking with PEOPLE this week about his new campaign with T-Mobile, Patrick revealed that he relies on FaceTime when his team travels so he doesn’t miss out on any major family moments involving his wife and kids.

“It makes the distance feel a little smaller when I’m on the road,” the reigning Super Bowl MVP said.

Patrick hits the field next at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium to take on the Falcons on Sunday night, just days after he and his family celebrated his 29th birthday on Sept. 17.

In an Instagram tribute at the time, Brittany — who is currently expecting her third child with the NFL star — called Patrick “one of the greatest humans ever, my husband, best friend and the best daddy ever.”

“We are so grateful you are ours! We Love Youuuuuu🤍,” she captioned the post.

Patrick also celebrated his big day early after besting the Cincinnati Bengals in a 26-25 win last week, with those in attendance including teammate Travis Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
