Colin Kaepernick’s longtime girlfriend, Nessa Diab, really wanted to send a message to the NFL and the 49ers.

For Halloween, Diab took to her Instagram and posted a segment of her podcast that showed her dressed up as Kaepernick for the special day.

She made sure to send a message to the league and the 49ers by taping over any signs of their logos on the jersey.

Diab stands strong behind Colin Kaepernick, so it is not shocking that she is taking this stance.

The former second-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers went 12-4 in his first full season as a starter back in 2013 and would lead the 49ers to Super Bowl XLVII, where they fell to the Baltimore Ravens.

Things would never get that good again.

The 49ers struggled in Kaepernick’s final three seasons. He went 28-30 as the starter in San Francisco, throwing 72 touchdowns compared to 30 interceptions in 69 career games.

Colin Kaepernick Still Pushing for NFL Comeback

Colin Kaepernick wants another opportunity to play in the NFL and has set his sights on competing in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Kaepernick’s girlfriend might feel a way about the league, but he clearly still wants in.

It has been over seven years since quarterback Colin Kaepernick took a snap in the NFL, but that hasn’t changed his mind about a potential comeback.

Just before the 2024 NFL season started, he stated, “We’re still training, still pushing,” Kaepernick said when asked if we would see him in the NFL again. “So, hopefully, we’ve just got to get one of these team owners to open up.”

Kaepernick was then asked what it would mean to him to play in the NFL again.

“I mean, it’s something I’ve trained my whole life for,” Kaepernick said. “So to be able to step back on the field, I think that would be a major moment, a major accomplishment for me. Also, I think it’s something that I could bring a lot to a team and help them win a championship.”
