Taylor Swift was caught having a tense moment with one of her team members during a recent visit to a children’s hospital.

The singer, 35, headed to a Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City last Thursday to spend some time with the patients and their family members.

But as she was leaving, the Cruel Summer songstress got into an awkward confrontation with one of the people in her posse.

The uncomfortable encounter was caught on camera and has sparked a slew of praise for the hitmaker over the way that she handled it.

In the video, Taylor was seen exiting the facility surrounded by security and staff members.

But when one started chastising a fan for videotaping her, the popstar was not pleased.

The clip began with Taylor walking down a long hallway as the fan filming yelled from behind the camera, ‘Thank you for coming.’

Taylor grinned and waved at the fan, but suddenly, a woman who was accompanying the blonde beauty started yelling at the person who was recording.

‘You’re not supposed to be filming,’ she said angrily.

But Taylor quickly came to the fan’s defense as she grabbed the woman who was reprimanding her by the shoulders and turned her body away from the fan, adding, ‘It’s okay, it’s okay.’

KCTV5 Anchor Sharon Chen posted the video to Facebook afterwards, and it was quickly re-shared on X, formerly Twitter, where it went viral.

Many people applauded Taylor for her reaction, while others slammed the lady for ’embarrassing’ her.

‘The way she grabbed that lady by both arms to shut her up. Tay said no being rude on my watch,’ one person wrote.

‘We do NOT deserve her at all. Not in the slightest. Not even a little bit. Not even at all,’ gushed another.

‘Not the old lady embarrassing her omg it’s a hospital worker [filming] not some paparazzi,’ someone else added.

‘That pink jacket lady needs to chill,’ agreed a different user.

A sixth said, ‘She’s the cutest.’

During her hospital visit, Taylor asked a little girl what she wanted for Christmas – and the youngster told the musician that she wanted a brand-new Dyson Airwrap.

Afterwards, it was revealed that Taylor sent the young patient the hair tool, which costs around $600.

She accompanied the sweet gift with a note that said, ‘In case Santa doesn’t come through.’

Taylor was joined by her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, during the heartwarming trip.

Although the A-list couple weren’t pictured together at the hospital, their joint visit reveals the pair are spending some much-needed time together after the conclusion of Taylor’s massive Eras Tour, which wrapped on December 7.

The star is said to be ‘exhausted but so grateful’ and ‘looking forward’ to spending the holidays with her Kansas Chiefs player beau.
