Housed inside the stylish Loews Kansas City Hotel, 1587 Prime is being developed in partnership with Noble 33, a hospitality group known for upscale, experiential restaurants in major cities like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York.
What sets 1587 Prime apart is its “multi-sensory dining experience,” promising to go beyond steakhouse norms. The restaurant will span two floors and 10,000 square feet, and include several private dining rooms, luxe interior design, and a show-stopping meat display sure to draw as much attention as any NFL touchdown.

“[It’s] just another thing that we want to bring to Kansas City,” Kelce told PEOPLE in April 2024. “To be able to show our appreciation for the city, knowing how much they love their food and how much they love their football.”
Mahomes echoed that sentiment in a press release, saying, “Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City.”
