Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is looking to get back on top of the NFL world, having already had previous success.
Mahomes is heading into his ninth season in the NFL. During his time with the Chiefs, he’s consistently put Kansas City in a position to compete for a title. They capped off last season with a 17-3 record.
The Chiefs began the season with a perfect 9-0 record. After losing to the Buffalo Bills, they suffered another loss to the Denver Broncos in the final week of the regular season.
Heading into the postseason with a 15-2 record and the No. 1 seed in the AFC, Kansas City was viewed as the Super Bowl favorite. It defeated the Houston Texans and the Buffalo Bills in the postseason before losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.
After the season, as Mahomes and his teammates look to recover from the brutal ending, they took some time away from football.
Several photos of Chiefs players, as well as head coach Andy Reid, recently surfaced at a KC Current game.
Patrick attended the game alongside his wife, Brittany Mahomes.
“No one supports like #KCBABY does,” posted the KC Current. “Loved having our co-owners @brittanylynne & @patrickmahomes, Andy Reid and the @chiefs rookies in the house ❤️.”
Brittany Mahomes reacted to the photo with four fire emojis. She also reposted the photo on her social media page. Patrick Mahomes hopped on the wave, reposting the same photo of him and his wife at the game.
