Investigators are continuing to determine whether additional individuals were involved.

In the aftermath of the tragedy, the Prince and Princess of Wales released a heartfelt statement expressing solidarity with the Australian people and the Jewish community. “Our thoughts are with every Australian today following the terrible attack at Bondi Beach,” the statement read. “We extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends of those who have lost their lives and stand with the Jewish community in grief.”

The royal couple also paid tribute to the courage of first responders, adding that they were particularly mindful of the two police officers who were injured while responding to the attack. The message was signed with their initials, W & C, underscoring the personal nature of their condolences.

The King went on to commend the swift and heroic actions of police, emergency responders, and members of the public, noting that their bravery likely prevented an even greater tragedy. He concluded his message by highlighting the resilience and unity of the Australian people.
