Popular YouTube creator Adam the Woo has died at the age of 51, prompting an outpouring of grief from fans and fellow content creators across the internet.

Adam the Woo, whose real name was David Adam Williams, was found dead at his home in Florida on December 22, according to multiple published reports. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office confirmed his death in a statement, noting that deputies responded to the residence for an unattended death at approximately 2:53 p.m.
Authorities explained that concern arose after a friend, unable to make contact, borrowed a ladder and looked through a third-story window, where they observed a man lying motionless on a bed. Deputies entered the home alongside fire rescue personnel and confirmed that the individual was deceased. Law enforcement stated that the residence had been secured earlier and no contact had been made with the adult male living there. Adam’s father was later notified by authorities.

As of publication, Adam the Woo’s cause of death has not been disclosed.

Fellow YouTuber Justin Scarred shared an emotional message on Facebook, expressing deep sorrow over the loss. “This breaks my heart,” he wrote. “The world has lost a giant and I have lost a friend closer to me than blood. We lost Adam. I love this man with my whole heart, and I don’t know what to do or what to say.” Scarred also asked fans to keep Adam’s family—his parents, Jim and June, and his sister, Faith—in their prayers.
