Caitlin Clark is Trending After Latest Show of Support for Boyfriend Connor McCaffrey

Now that the Indiana Fever’s season has ended, WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark finally has some down time.

And with that newfound freedom on her hands, it appears Clark is making it a priority to spend more quality time with her boyfriend Connor McCaffrey.

The 26-year-old former Indiana Pacers assistant recently joined the coaching staff for the Butler Bulldogs, and Hinkle Fieldhouse where the Bulldogs play just happened to be where Clark was spotted on Saturday morning for an open practice.

A photo of Clark in attendance started going viral with nearly 40,000 views in less than an hour. Her surprise appearance got people talking on social media.

“Ball is really life for her,” one fan wrote.

“She on vacation off-season mode,” another commented.

“Giving the ppl what we want! And we thought we’d be ghosted for the next 200 days,” a third joked.

“70% of the content we get from her this offseason is just gonna be her being a WAG on the sidelines,” another user stated.

Clark’s appearance should come as no surprise. She recently admitted that she planned to attend a few at Butler games during the offseason to support McCaffrey.

“I’m super excited for him,” Clark told Scott Agness of Fieldhouse Files. “His basketball knowledge is pretty good and it makes it fun when you can bounce ideas off of each other. I’m just super proud, he’s worked super hard for that and it’ll be fun to go to those games. I love college basketball, and obviously, he’s been around it his whole life and has really invested a lot into it. It’ll give me something to do throughout the offseason as well and give me somebody to root for.”
