Despite her role off the bench this season, South Carolina Gamecocks star sophomore MiLaysia Fulwiley has continued to build upon the hype she amassed during her fantastic rookie year. And trust me, the hype is very much deserved. While she might not be in the starting five, she’s played in ways that have made her one of the most exciting ones to watch.
While Fulwiley might be best known for her flashiness on the court (which has caused her to go viral more times than we can count), her performances have also become much more consistent and well-rounded this season. She’s got the accolades to prove it. Now, let’s talk about what she is upto off court.

What are MiLaysia Fulwiley’s NIL deals as of 2025?
Fulwiley is securing the bag in a BIG way. According to On3, she’s got NIL deals with Intuit TurboTax, Red Bull, Curry Brand, RITZ Crackers, and even Mr. Seafood, But the most eye-catching deal was becoming the first collegiate athlete to sign an NIL deal with the Curry Brand.
And if you know Steph Curry, you know he doesn’t put his name on just anyone. “She knows she’s good but there’s humility too,” he said about the young star. “She knows she has a lot more to do and can get a lot better. I like that combination. There’s things you can’t teach with her, her ball handling, speed, athleticism, the way she sees the game, she’s fearless.”
The Golden State Warriors superstar signed Fulwiley as a brand ambassador for SC-30, his brand under Under Armour. She inked that deal on March 15, 2024. From there, things got only better.
Red Bull, one of the biggest energy drink brands in the world, had NEVER signed a college athlete before. But guess who changed that? The Gamecocks star. That’s right, last year during March Madness, Red Bull made her their first-ever NIL athlete.
What’s your perspective on:
Is MiLaysia Fulwiley the next big thing in women’s basketball, or just another flash in the pan?
Have an interesting take?
She’ll be promoting the brand, hosting events in South Carolina, and even getting access to Red Bull’s elite performance center, plus their fashion, music, and extreme sports platforms.
And honestly, this all makes perfect sense, especially when we look at all the heroics she has been pulling since high school.
Which high school did MiLaysia Fulwiley attend?
Fulwiley is as local as it gets—born and raised in Columbia, S.C. She played high school basketball for W.J. Keenan High School, and let’s just say, she wasn’t just another player—she was THE player. How good was she? Well, she made her varsity debut in seventh grade. Yes, SEVENTH GRADE!
By the time she was a junior, she had already racked up over 2,000 points. During the 2021-2022 season, she led the Raiders with jaw-dropping numbers—29.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 4.6 steals per game.
Oh, and she wasn’t just a one-hit wonder, she won FOUR state titles in six seasons and left Keenan as the all-time leading scorer with over 3,000 career points. Her talent was so undeniable that South Carolina offered her a scholarship in seventh grade.
When she finally made her college debut on November 6, 2023, she wasted no time proving herself—dropping 17 points, six assists, and six steals in a dominant 100-71 win over No. 10 Notre Dame. And to top it all off, she played a crucial role in South Carolina’s SEC tournament win, scoring a season-high 24 points in the final against LSU and earning MVP honors.
What is MiLaysia Fulwiley’s net worth and salary?
Setting the record straight, college athletes don’t earn a salary, but thanks to NIL, they’re cashing in big time. While Fulwiley’s exact NIL valuation and net worth for 2025 aren’t publicly available, last year, her net worth was estimated to be around $100,000.

And with the kind of deals she’s locking in now, you best believe that number is climbing. As for her performance this season, the sophomore has been averaging 12 points and 3 rebounds off the bench. But don’t let that “bench” label fool you—she has consistently stepped up when her team needed her most.
This has even earned her the SEC Sixth Woman of the Year award, along with a spot on the All-SEC Second Team. Now, going forward, MiLaysia Fulwiley’s future—both on and off the court—looks incredibly bright. We can’t wait to see what she achieves next!
