Kansas Cityās sideline featured āa lot of emotionā after falling in a 17-0 hole to the Eagles in the second quarter of Super Bowl 2025 after Patrick Mahomes threw a pick-six, per Fox sideline reporter Erin Andrews.
āAs you can imagine, a lot of emotion on the Chiefsā sideline,ā Andrews said on the Fox broadcast. āOf course, Travis Kelce with a couple of drops that heās had today. The sideline was pretty calm and cool when they were down 10-0, then, of course, the pick-six, and weāre seeing different emotions.ā

Fox then cut to Mahomes, who reportedly tried to calm down Kelce.
āThis was Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce was trying to talk to him on the sidelines and he said over and over, āI got it. I got it,’ā Andrews said. āCreed Humphries screaming at the offensive line.ā
The Chiefs have shown resiliency during this dynasty era, falling behind by at least 10 points in each Super Bowl of the Mahomes era and rallying three times to win.

Mahomes then made an ill-advised throw that Cooper DeJean picked off and took the house with 7:03 remaining in the half to put the Chiefs in a three-score hole.
