Ex-Chiefs QB sees big difference in Patrick Mahomes at training camp
The Kansas City Chiefs are heading into their first preseason matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a full head of steam after wrapping up for the week in St. Joseph earlier today.
The defending champions have made some impressive plays during recent workouts, and their highlight reel plays seem to have caught the attention of a Mizzou legend and former Chiefs backup quarterback Chase Daniel.
Daniel shared his thoughts on the exceptional footage coming out of Kansas City’s training camp on Twitter, where he posted a six-minute breakdown of Patrick Mahomes’ top plays.

Though Daniel and Kansas City’s fans will have to wait until Saturday to see Mahomes and his new cast of offensive talent in action, the Mizzou star’s breakdown serves as yet another reminder of how high expectations are for the defending champions heading into the 2024 season.
