Caitlin Clark, Fever Send Inspiring Message on National Girls & Women in Sports Day.
Wednesday is a special day in sports as it marks National Girls and Women in Sports Day, which has led many professional sports teams to highlight the incredible contributions women have made within their organizations.
One team that shared an inspiring message was the Indiana Fever, with players like Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, and Kelsey Mitchell offering words of encouragement for the next generation of athletes.
“Whatever support system it is, I think having that is key. It doesn’t have to be a big group—just one person or two people who really have your back, always have your best interest, and help push you to be successful.
I think that’s the best thing is having a strong, healthy support system that you can always rely on, whether the moments are amazing and great and you’re at the top, or you’re at the bottom struggling.”
Clark and the rest of the Fever organization have long been dedicated to spreading awareness, especially when it comes to empowering women and young athletes.
They’ve been a driving force in the growth of women’s basketball, a movement Clark herself has played a huge role in.

As she prepares for her second season in the WNBA after winning Rookie of the Year, Clark is eager to build on that success.
