Tom Brady is making a significant life change as he prepares to sell his $150 million Miami mansion, a home he once shared with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.

and it’s apparently the Brazilian model behind why he’s selling.

It’s said he decision comes as the retired NFL quarterback struggles with the emotional toll of watching his former spouse build a new life with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, and their newborn child.

According to sources, the 47-year-old ex-New England Patriot is eager to distance himself from constant reminders of his past.

and perhaps even a reminder that he’s struggling to foster a new love life himself as he enters his third year of being single.

Brady and Bundchen, who co-parent two children, ended their 13-year marriage in 2022 and although they seem to be on relatively good terms.

the physical proximity of their homes has made it difficult for the former athlete to move forward.

The supermodel and her new partner, a jiu-jitsu trainer named Joaquim Valente, have settled into a luxurious residence just across the water from Brady’s estate.

Once a shared dream between the now-divorced pair, it has now become a painful symbol of what he has lost.

“Every time he looks out across the water,” an insider told radaronline.com. ”

He sees Gisele’s refurbished home and perfect life with her martial arts hunk and their new baby, and it gets him down.

“He can’t take it anymore.

He wants to sell the house.

It reminds him of Gisele.

She was the one who dominated the remodeling, and it’s her style, her personal touches.

He still feels her nuance everywhere.”

Despite his desire to move away from the memories, Brady has no plans to leave Miami altogether.

Sources say he intends to downsize and relocate to a more private residence where he can find peace and continue co-parenting his children, Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12-with Bundchen.
